I know you weren't posting to me, but Edwards was not a good coach for the Jets, and the fact that KC spent two months fretting over the Trent Green trade, which ended up being a 5th round pick, tells you everything you need to know about Herm Edwards as a head coach. A fifth round pick is not worth the amount of chaos the Green trade created for both teams, and you saw what the Dolphins and the Chiefs both looked like last year.

KC made a bad mistake in hiring Edwards.

As a Cheifs fan, KC needs to get rid both of Edwards AND Carl Peterson. Last season was a debacle, and anyone that did not see that coming was drinking cool aid.

They lost 2 hall of fame linemen in the past 2 years and did nothing to replace them. They got rid of their kicker (who went on to win the SB, btw) and drafted a kid they had to cut in the preseason, so were left with no special teams. They placed all their hopes on Brody Croyle as the future QB, and he is terrible.
