Well, for all its "making sure," the NFL still had to see the Patriots go 18-0 and lose in the last seconds of the Super Bowl. Maybe they breathed a collective sigh of relief. But I'd still call last year's Pats a "monster" team.
They lost on a hell of a play but I do think there was too much hype about them and I am a long time fan.
