I don't know that he's a Democrat. I've known Bobby for a long time, and clerked under him at the DA's office in 1997. Mississippi judicial races are non-partisan, so candidates aren't identified by party on the ballot.
Bobby's politically conservative. And I hate that he's caught up in this.
