He loves it.
My step mother is happy as can be since spending about $1000 more for a Mac than she would have spent for a PC back in February. I used to get calls from her about twice a week with problems she was having on her old PC, and now we rarely if ever talk about computers, other than all the cool things she's doing with her Corel paint program.
Where the PC got in her way all the time, the Mac is just a tool for her to do her work, like a pencil or paintbrush. She loves it, while her PC experience did little more than aggravate her and make it difficult to get her work done.

Mr G’s only hesitation was that all his audio programs are designed to run on windows. However, he made the mistake of telling me he could run both at once on the mac and I quit listening to anything else and made him get it. I was tired of having him be an IT guy instead of a music business guy.
