I dont want our women to be told they have to wear a bed sheet over their head. And I dont want our women to have their car keys taken away. And I dont want our women to be told they cannot vote. Or that its ok for the male husband to literally beat the life out of his wife if she throws a lamp at him. I dont want our women to be told they cannot drink a beer. Or a bottle of wine. Or a shot of Scotch. Or that they cannot smoke a cigarette, or choose or not choose who they want to sleep around with. Or that they cannot learn to read.
No. I want our women to be free and liberated. And educated if they so choose. And to be seen as the equal, and not cattle.
In other words, I want our women to be like Hillary Clinton.
I dont want some Eighth Century barbarian to tell our women that they have to bow down to some damn dumb ass, whether its coming from a Farrakhan, a Reverend Wright, am Ahmadinejad, or whoever Obamas friends happen to be.
I dont want them anywhere near our women.
And that is a reason why I congratulate Hillary Clinton. On the victory tonight. She did it. For more than ten years, I have certainly been a son of a gun when it comes to sticking a pin in the pig of Hillary anyone can check my file.
I am a Republican. And if Hillary Clinton wins the Democratic nomination, I will be voting for John McCain. A there is no question, if and when the campaign comes in November, I am going to do the same dirty politics that I always do.
But that will be then. Tonight, this is her moment.
And damn, she really did it and I have got to give her credit.
She is a damn good politician. I liked her speech. And, there is one thing for sure.
No matter how bad her socialist health care would be, if it turns out she is wrong and I am right and its a disaster, then we can fix it later. Yes, it will be hard, and we will see who is wrong or right but we can fix it.
But we cant fix losing to this enemy.
And in the end, in this war, I can trust her I can trust John McCain, and I trust her in this regard.
But I sure dont trust Obama for jack.
I see a difference between the speech of Hillary and the crowd who supports her, and the speech of Obama and the crowd who supports him. Some describe the difference in terms of tenor of emotion of the Obama crowd, and try to contrast those who support Hillary as if they are less enthusiastic and thus she is lesser than Obama. And yet, that is not what I see, nor is it the truth. The supporters of Hillary, they are not a crowd. They are supporters. And yes, the supporters of Obama, they are a crowd. The difference between supporters and a crowd is, the crowd is mindless. Primitive. The speech of Obama isnt full of depth. In fact, it is primitive. It is the speech of a cult leader, and the crowd that is before him is very much a cult. That is a difference between Hillary and Obama.
You will see, the cult can also be destructive. I see an urgency in the crowd that follows Obama.
As everyone knows, a crowd killed Socrates, and a crowd killed Jesus.
I talk to those who are part of the crowd that follows Obama. I am not going to lie. I see the morbidly nervous. The excitable. More than a few are half-deranged.
I dont want this crowd to tell our women what to do. A crowd isnt an individual, it is not a man, it is not a woman. Among this crowd are women and yet, they are not women at all, they are a crowd, a cult. They are going to try to tell our women what to do, because in this crowd I see people with a thirst for obedience. They need a patriarch it is no coincidence who Barakas preacher is, and he learned from his mentor how to speak. It is the talk of a cult, and the target, the audience, is the crowd. And the crowd follows him. And they are primitive, and they will be manipulated and they can be roused and the crowd is not us. It is not America.
Congratulations, Hillary. Well beat even you in the end. But today is your day. And it was a damn good day.
Man...heinous post.
He’s much more than that. He doesn’t hold his own country in high regard. In fact, he picks as his closest confidantes and associates people who actually hate it. That is not the sort of person who should be Commander in Chief. Hillary, at least, views the world as an American, not a racist black suppremacist and/or muslim.
I literally cringe at the thought of Bill going back to the White House.
I would never vote for Hillary but I have to give it to her. She wiped off that smirk off of bambi’s face and gave liberal media the finger. MSM was feeling suicidal these past 3 hours.
The media’s candidate Obama, despite all the scandals could create all kinds of problems for GOP in the general - the constant race card game, the positive press 24/7, etc.
I don’t believe either Hillary or Obama would win the presidency but why take a chance? I’ll take the evil I know over absolute evil who is hellbent on destroying this nation and surrendering to our enemies.
Obama is a dangerous man. He’s a radical Marxist that doesn’t even attempt to hide his beliefs. He loathes our system of government and our western values.
So, uh.. congratulations to Hillary and voters of PA for drawing a line in the sand against Obama - HE SHALL NOT PASS
me too. never have been able to stomach her, and she is taking women back to the stoneage with her antics.
Because Obama has, his interminable yammering notwithstanding, articulated not a single word of substance.
That his empty noise stirs the rabble into such a foaming frenzy of mindless adulation, can only make one hope that such rabble represents an impotent minority.
Thaaaaat’s riiiiiight, my point exactly, your last sentence. The previous statements we could debate, but not that important. I was saying that, by now, we all should know the Clintons well enough that her campaign moments are just variations on a theme. But...regarding BHO - we’re only just beginning to see enough revealed to form healthy fear and loathing (oops, sorry, Hunter S. Thompson). I believe with all my heart that what we’ve seen thus far is only the tip of the iceberg, and I pray that ALL will come out by Nov. (I don’t worry so much about those of us on this board, but about the millions of American voters who don’t know a fraction of the truths that we do, don’t watch FNC, don’t listen to Rush, etc. The millions who aren’t political junkies, passionate researchers, you know? MG, even the morning of the debate last week, G. Stephanopolous, on Hannity’s radio show, truly seemed amazed/fascinated about the Bill Ayers/BHO affiliation once Sean told him, but bless him, at least he took it seriously enough to do further research and then grill BHO at the debate that night. I also talked to many people after that Wed., and was appalled at how many previously had never heard of these troubling issues (in the days since, the polls - and primary tonight - have reflected the impact of those revelations. They need to be repeatedly, consistently exposed). If an “enlightened, insider big-time journalist” such as Stephanopolous didn’t know about these things, what are we to think about the everyday voterS??
“What part is the satire?” All of it. “The enemy of my enemy (in this case, BHO) is my friend” - think of it in that vein. Brian B., am I wrong on this? We want our friends here to understand.
“Do we really want our first woman President to be someone who slept her way to the top?”
Hey, we’re not talking about Dr. Laura here!
Does anyone in their right mind really think Bill married Hillary for her talents in bed? Without Hillary, Bill would never have made it to the White House, and then America would have missed out on our most outlandishly entertaining political crime family.

Baldwin nails it here.
I don't think there's anything in the the entire piece that can be characterized as satire.
You are, of course, entitled to your opinion (you’re welcome) and I didn’t listen to Hilldegarde’s speech tonight, as I have an aversion to the sound of her voice, but her win tonight wasn’t near to what she needed in a state she was supposed to win by 20% or more, and the stairs she needs to climb in the other primaries are broken and there are no handrails - she needs amazing victories in all the remaining states, and I doubt she will get them.
If she does, and becomes the nominee, I’ll eat my words, but I’d like mild sauce instead of hot sauce on them - my digestion, you know.
He is John Frum and they are messengers of the the cargo cult.
I was with you until you said Hillary is strong.
Hillary is weak. If my husband did to me what Bill did to her, I would have kicked his butt to the curb. A strong woman can do it on her own; she doesn't take abuse, lies, cheating, etc., from anyone. A strong woman behaves in an honorable fashion, and expects those around her to do so as well.
The fact that she didn't, that she put up with years of flagrant disrespect for her position as WIFE, in one of the most important and defining relationships a person can have, tells me she is WEAK.
I was referring to the tone of his piece congratulating and seeming to support HRC as if he were rooting for her, that’s what I meant. Yes, in the part you just showed, there’s MUCH truth about her supporters vs. BHO’s, in fact, spot-on. When I posted earlier, it was in response to several others who were alarmed/critical that BB was supportive of HRC cheering her on for real (which he wasn’t).
But the US does allow the reverse, when the husband is on the receiving end of the killing. Look up Mary Winkler.
