I notice in all these Ronson pics posted she is making the same gang signs. Is there a precise definition for its meaning?

Um, it basically means “I’m a rich, upper-class white kid who thinks I can look all ‘ghetto’ and black and therefore ‘cool’ by making this hand sign” when used in that context.
