Hey it’s OK. The Bruins did better than expected this year but sadly for them they had to play the one team they consistently sucked against for the past 2 years.

I did enjoy watching a few of those Rangers-Penguins games.

Game 1 is always big!

But the Penguins showed why they are the best in the East!

Offense, defense and goaltending!

Good game last nite. Unfortunately, I have to listen on the radio because I don’t get anything on cable that carries the playoffs. Do they play Game II on Sunday? If so, do you know if it will be on NBC?

Go Flyers....There was this girl at the gym this morning wearng her #66 Penquins jersey. I was afraid this if a barely touched her she would take a dive and whine and complain about a call. HAHA!

There are no games on NBC this weekend. Only game 5 of both series will be on NBC next weekend. If by any chance you get the NHL Network (which I think is actually online at nhl.com) they show replays of the games the next day.

Thanks to both of you for the info. I would rather hope the Penguins sweep them in 4 and I never get to see a Penguins-Philly playoff game! I always listen to Mike on the radio with the TV on mute for regular games anyway, so it isn’t so bad. I just keep looking up at the blank screen on the tube expecting something to be there! LOL! It never seems like a REAL Penguins game without hearing Mike Lange. Old habits, I guess.

Son got me into hockey when he was stationed on the east coast and I've watched it ever since.

Playoff hockey is intense. Regular season is great, but when the playoffs start, everybody steps up their play to a higher level.

Let go Flyers! This year has been great. I think that the team was spooked with the loss of Kimmo and didn't prepare a game plan in his absence and get all hands on board. That short-handed goal by Malkin in the second period wouldn't have happened if Kimmo was on the ice which he normally is on the PP. I don't think we will see the same sloppy play on Sunday night. Come on Orange and Black, if you can beat the Habs you can beat anyone! Go Flyers!
