No, by then I was out of nursing, and flying into VN. I did some public health nursing in Seattle for about a year, worked in ER for about 6 months, then went back to my very first love...flying. I did that for quite awhile. Then worked for the gov’t. I got my training through the GI Bill. It was interesting, nursing, and I learned a lot about people. As a wife of a military man, I did a lot of volunteer nursing, when needed. It came in handy.
