There really isn't a silver lining here. Pardoning terrorists is unforgivable. But this horrible act might lead hillary to overtaking obama in the overall popular vote, after the Puerto Rican primary. And that would cause the democrat convention to be a like an Irwin Allen film on steroids. So it would end either candidates chances to become president which is a good thing.
