Funny story about my son when he was 4-years-old:
He was in Pre-K and they had what is called ‘circle time’, where the teacher would ask them a question each day. The question on one particular day was: “What do you like to listen to on the radio?” A little girl answered “Dora the Explorer CD”, a boy answered “Sesame Street CD”, etc.
Then, it was my son’s turn and he looked straight into the teacher’s eyes and said: “I listen to Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity on the radio!!!”. This is a true story.
The teacher and assistant started laughing and told me the story when I went to pick him up. Luckily, these teachers were practical and slightly on the conservative side, even though they were public school employees. Had it been more liberal-leaning teachers, they would’ve probably called child social services on me, alleging that I’m ‘brainwashing’ the child and thus ‘abusing him by indoctrination’, or some horsesh!t like that....
