I believe Garth just had a song out with Huey Lewis as well...and my local radio station has begun playing Midnight Sun a lot (off his Ultimate Hits CD).

As to Les Miserables...I’ve seen the play 4 times but never read the book. You’d have to ask my 20 year old daughter about that-she read it the summer after 4th grade. It’s always been her favorite book and play. She loves the music too.

And finally, yes I felt the earthquake...woke up to my bed shaking and a loud rumbling noise. I knew what it was having experienced two before but it was the first one my 18 year old had been in and while not much wakes her up...this certainly did. I felt the aftershock 6 hours later as well but my daughter didn’t.

I saw Les Miz at the theater once, but haven’t read the book either. Except for a few songs, that was probably one of the most boring plays that I’ve seen...don’t get me started on “Cats”!
I’m not a big country music fan, so I probably wouldn’t recognise a Garth Brook song if I heard one.
