Lamb? I use fresh sage and garlic, salt and pepper. Or, you could use Sandra’s semi-homemade recipe and just marinate the whole thing in creme de menthe. Have a beaker yerself while yer at it.

The purple sage is beautiful down through the rolling hills towards Laredo. It can stay there.
