This is Kettering, once called ‘General Motors Institute’. When I went there, there were no liberal arts degrees - just EE, ME, IE, and business degrees. You had to get accepted to a 5 year co-op program with a company before you could get fully accepted to the school.
(The program was ‘3 month school, 3 month work’, and half of the student body (’A section’) was 180° out of phase from the other half (’B section’).
Things may have changed a little bit in the past 2 decades, but in general, such an arrangement tends to filter out the worst of the libtards.
