Okay, enough on the Petraeus thread, my BP is high enough.

Why can’t the military have it’s turn at publically questioning our senators? Doesn’t that sound fair?

Far more enlightening, and entertaining I’d wager.

I would go with you on that, prairiebreeze. I am so disgusted with the Senate I can't even articulate my feelings.

Molly! Grandchild! Great news! You will LOVE being a grandma! I sure do!

kassie, I agree with prairie. If you don't receive a call soon, take your mom to the emergency room. Better safe than sorry!

Hi All,

I might be the only one here at ATRW that still listens to Blabbity, but I wanted to relay on to you what I heard on his show today. He had J. C. Watts on for a segment Blabbity has his 'good friend' Watts on periodically. The only major objection that I have ever had to J.C. Watts was that he played football (QB) at Oklahoma, and I went to Oklahoma State University, their arch rival, but in politics, that's neither here nor there.

I have always had a slight uneasy gut feeling about J.C. Watts, but today it exploded into a grave concern about him.

When Blabbity started in with the negatives about B. Hussein O., i.e., 'Rev.' Wright, b.H.O's ties to the Weather Underground Bomber, etc., each and every single time, Watts came to b.H.O.'s defense, even referring him, at one point, as a 'good guy' and even using the word 'genuine'. I seriously wonder who Watts is going to vote for between B.H.o. and McCain? He sounded like he is totally in the b.h.o. camp.

The other thing that came blasting through the interview was that either Blabbity was totally ignorant, in total denial, or just plain chicken to confront Watts about those positions Watts was taking.
