Why does any one have the right to enter your house with out permission? If the man wanted the super to let him in he would have disarmed the Booby trap.Comes with being a renter. Landlord has the right to enter for repairs, etc. (Doesn't mean the landlord has the right to go through your personal effects though.)

What happens if you have dogs and one of them bites whoever is coming in...be it for repairs or malicious reasons? Can they charge you the same as they did this man?
