Well one thing for sure if Tomkow is new Tsar of Russia I hope he is not Ivan the terrible that dude has some serioius anger management issues

Tomkow just nuts even DR Phil refuse take him as patient BTW Dr Phil is so much trouble right now maybe to redeem himself he take Tomkow as patient
