Good morning/afternoon Lairites! Kathy a little wake up music please. Haven't jetted off to the desert on vacation yet. That happens Thursday. It will be a working vacation (ahem). Todays virtual menus is:

- Thick sugar cured ham slices
- Eggs made to order
- Butter fried potatoes
- Buttermilk pancakes
- White bread for toasting
- Oatmeal
- Assorted syrups, jams and jellies
- Bananas and seedless green grapes
- Assorted flavors of yogurt
- Creme and jelly filled pastries
- Chilled white milk
- Copious quantity of dark and rich Columbian coffee
