Step 3. Full time chef/nutritionist.

See, it's really so easy that there isn't any excuse for any new mother to instantly look like a supermodel.

Don't forget the tummy tuck.

Ask any gyno or plastic surgeon. It is IMPOSSIBLE to have a non-protruding abdomen like hers after multiple pregnancies. IMPOSSIBLE.

And she's either wearing a major pushup bra or she's had a lift. Multiple pregnancy breasts take a beating.
