Oops, I mistyped about the fish. We went to eat fish at a little cafe in the next town over. They've got the fish frying down pat and the side dishes are also worth the trip. Best coleslaw around, good crispy fried okra and very flavorful red beans. MMMmm... I'm full as a tick now!

I miss a whole lot of Texas cooking... If it weren't 1,560 miles, I would slip down to Weatherford and visit my Son and get me some of that fine food!
