The whole article is misleading. The picture shows her topless just barely past her shoulders...hardly what I think of when I hear “topless photo”.

Indeed if its the same photo I’ve seen. The Daily Mail has a tendency to print things to grab attention/stir emotion and which are really no big deal when you see the whole picture - no pun intended.
Did you read the article? It said she’s “going to” in April/May.
