A number of questions here...
First off, are you using some sort of router, like a Linksys or Netgear behind the cable modem?
Secondly, what lights are on the cable modem? What color are they, and are they on, off, or flashing?
Thirdly, what OS are you using? And what sort of connection do you have, wired or wireless?

It’s fixed as of Friday night.
As I sort of suspected ,but TW kept on telling me I was wrong, it was TW’s system. My neighbors were down also from my house down the line, so it was something with their box.
