Can get plenty of good ones used-and they have put more deer on the table than just about any other gun

Ruger has done a lot in it's Mini rifles to address their notorious inaccuracy. I have one, and had one before the newer version, and while the old Mini-30 would produce a paper plate size pattern at 100 yards before, now is about 3 to four inches. Not a tack drive yet, but good enough for hitting deer at 150 yards. A pretty, and handy rifle, you can even get high cap 30 round mags for it, although good ones are harder to find since Ruger doesn't make any above 5 rounds.
