Spybot S&D found 135 somethings and I cleaned them.

Now, on the Ad-ware 2007 it found 456 items. I'm on the part that has suggestions on the bottom that asks you----

1)Add to ignore
2)Quarantine
3)Remove
System Restore.

Which one should I click on?
