Try Cut and “paste special” then paste link

Looks like you've already been pointed in the right direction with regards to referencing cells in other sheets. I just wanted to point out to you that you can copy and paste the actual results from cells which contain formulas. For instance, if you highlighted all of the cells in sheet1 and clicked "copy", you can go to sheet 3 and go to Edit -> Paste Special. WIthin the Paste Special window, you click on the "values" radial button, then click OK. Excel will paste the actual calculated values, rather than the formulas, into your sheet 3.
