Those are middle names, not first names. Middle names (one or two) were used for the saint’s name if the church you belonged to had a rule or tradition like that.

Not in the Roman Catholic family I grew up in. All the first names were to be saints. My grandmother wanted to name my father Jack but couldn’t because it wasn’t a saints name so she named him John and never called him it a day in his life.
