There is the distinct possibility that we are looking at a "black op" video from some leftists pretending to be U.S. Marines, with the intention of discrediting the military. In the movie "1900", there was a scene where Donald Sutherland, who played the role of an Italian fascist leader, stomped a kitten to death to show his mercilessness. To indicate a similar mentality may be the hidden agenda behind this video. It is easy enough to dress men up as Marines and shoot the video in the California or Arizona desert. As short as the video is, it would be difficult to be caught on telltale signs that would indicate fakery.
I was thinking that it was likely to be that, also.
I would really like to know that our Marines would not stoop to that level, even if the video was fake. Even faking that is NOT funny and they have to know how it would reflect on the Marines.
The other question I have is why on earth anyone would videotape themselves doing something like that when they know what the consequences would be. That makes no sense.
