Given the times that it occurs (meal times and such), it sounds like a tactic to demoralize the people in the Green Zone. This is similar to the wailing martyrs that I had mentioned in my mail to you.

Oh, it's on our FOB across the river form the Green Zone that they're hitting at (and missing) the chow hall at mealtimes. They want maximum casualites and that's the time and place where a large number of people are congregated.

We've enacted a plan that's outwitting them on that, though.

The poor Green Zone folks are getting hit more than we are.

Getting out of Iran was a real trip. Our group was reduced to 18 from over 4,000 plus dependents. That is a story all to itself.
