Erma Bombeck had such a gift for humor and for writing. She could certainly put things in perspective. I wish she had not been called Home so soon.

It is my understanding that she wrote that ‘letter’ after she knew her “Room” was ready. I loved her wonderful sense of humor and her down to earth grasp of Goodness.
