I bought this computer Sept. 5th. It has been freezing up since January. At least it is still under warranty.
If the problem cannot be resolved he said it would have to be taken to a repair center.
Well ..... I still have a corrupt mailbox. The computer will now shut down without me turning off the power.
I’ve probably lost all of my old email but I am going to try to recover it enough to save the file tomorrow. It might work if I disconnect from the internet before opening it.
I hate computer problems.
