Up close on camera, the black velvet in her dress really jumped out and was kind of pretty. The rest of the dress is far too busy.

I sure have missed you guys, too. This is our first Oscars w/o Drudge in, what, five years? At least. Since they moved it from Monday night to Sunday night.

This live shot with Regis on the stage is kind of strange.
