Petronski is right about talking to an actual lawyer. As for the "drama queen" comment, I am one "drama queen" who, while under the influence of being young, stupid, and somewhat drunk, had a cop tear his own uniform and lie in his police report saying that I tore it. The cop must have pulled such crap before because the judge believed me, not the cop. As it happens, I was telling the truth; the cop was the liar.
I don't know about Petronski and Joan, but I live in the real world where I have seen good cops save lives, help troubled misguided youths, and build respect. Bad cops destroy lives, betray trust, turn troubled kids into BAD kids, and hurt ALL policemen. In their way, crooked cops are as bad as priests who molest kids because their abuse of authority has negative repurcussions that can last for generations. Good cops are heroes who help troubled kids find RIGHT paths. Bad cops should be punished TO THE MAX and deniers/apologists like Petronski and Joan are naive and destructive.
That's really very unfair.
You're insinuating that I don't believe bad cops should be punished TO THE MAX, and you're stating outright that I'm denying or apologizing for . . . for what? You don't say. I'd like to see you point it out because it would be fun to watch you spin my words into what you've claimed here.
Insinuating cops should be expected to do you wrong, as some have done here, is just as bad as claiming they're all good, which I did not do.
You are, of course, free to read into my words whatever you want. However, when you do that publicly, in a post, expect to see it corrected.
