“Let’s Roll”
I know I said I love you,
I know you know it’s true,
I’ve got to put the phone down,
and do what we got to do.
One’s standing in the iselway,
Two more at the door,
We’ve got to get inside there,
Before they kill somemore.
Time is runnin’ out,
Let’s roll.
Time is runnin’ out,
Let’s roll.
No time for indecision,
We’ve got to make a move,
I hope that were foregiven,
For what we got to
How this all got started,
I’ll never understand,
I hope someone can fly this thing,
And get us back to land.
Time is runnin’ out,
Let’s roll.
Time is runnin’ out,
Let’s roll.
No one has the answer,
But one thing is true,
You’ve got to turn on evil,
When it’s coming after you,
You’ve gota face it down,
And when it tries to hide,
You’ve gota go in after it,
And never be denied,
Time is runnin’ out,
Let’s roll.
Let’s roll for freedome,
Let’s roll for love,
We’re going after satan,
On the wings of a dove,
Let’s roll for justice,
Let’s roll for truth,
Let’s not let our children,
Grow up fearfull in there youth.
Time is runnin’ out,
Let’s roll.
Time is runnin’ out,
Let’s roll.
Time is runnin’ out,
Let’s roll.
From stem cell research, to Iraq, to the Axis of evil, and tax cuts. Over time people will realize:
1. Bush did more good for the country than bad
2. The BDS crowd has serious mental problems and hoped for the fall of the US
This is what I don't get. If you want another 4 years of Dubya all you have to do is elect John McCain. There is very little difference.
No kidding. Except McCain might enjoy sticking his thumb in conservative eyes more than Bush does.
Last week he finally came to the conclusion “music cant change the world, and this week he’s giving the Prez props for being a leader? Well my my hey hey, perhaps sanity for Neil is here to stay.
Yes, for Neil, a statement like that suggests he’s “off his meds”.
The parallels are certainly there. Lyndon was the most effective president of the 20th century when it came to getting what he wanted.
What was so bad about Harry Truman?
Harry Truman could’ve been better, could’ve done a lot worse. He muddled through some dangerous times. That’s how I think people will view the Bush years. He’s no Washington, Lincoln or Reagan, with a strategic vision that includes victory, but he’s no Carter, LBJ or Clinton, either, with a strategic vision that involves appeasement and decline. He gets us through to win some other day.

So did I, a few times. This was when his stage was a giant garage for the 'World's biggest garage band', complete with giant spare tires and various junk. The shows opened with a huge rat introducing the band, followed by the giant roll-up door clanking open to reveal the band. THAT was great R & R .......
As I heard Dennis Miller say when talking about seeing Crazy Horse. It could be such a blast of ferocious electricity that you felt like you needed a tetanus shot after the show.
Also wrote the song, Let’s Roll from Are You Passionate? A tribute to the Flight 93 passengers. In my mind, a great album.
