agencies were never in a “ticking timebomb”
situation where coercive interrogation was
necessary on a captured terrorist, and that
it wouldn’t work anyway.
The reason is: once a terrorist is caught,
his colleagues change their plans. DUH!
The dribble he’s spewing is simply NOT TO BE
BELIEVED!
