At just 2ft 9in, Indian muscleman Aditya 'Romeo' Dev is the world's smallest bodybuilder.
Pint-sized Romeo is well-known in his hometown of Phagwara, India - for his ability to lift 1.5kg dumbbells - despite his overall 9kg body weight.
Every day, crowds flock to the local gym to the see the mini-muscleman in training.

From the other pictures at the link, I think they may mean one in each hand, for a total of 33.3% of his body weight. Still not that impressive by normal standards, but more reasonable for them to comment on.

Who’s that pic of? I have to assume, based on his chicken knees, that that guy has had augmentation surgery. Not even Markus Ruhl is that freakish.
That depends on whether his left calf is really twice as big as his right calf.
I would imagine that, being affected by dwarfism, this guy has additional problems that would limit how much he could lift. That he can do what he does, and is making the effort, is worthy of respect to me.
