I'm so glad that the Patriots' charade is being exposed. I wonder how good Tom Brady would be without the accumulated illegal information about what defense the opposing team was going to run each play.
Sorry to burst your bubble, Patriots fans.
Footall has often been compared to warfare - spying is considered essential in real warfare. Preventing the enemy from spying on you is also essential.
This is officially sanctioned NFL ping list thread. ;)

Those evil and kinky pat's.
How many times is this same article going to be posted?
I was watching a little bit of that game last night. I tape the super bowls. They had a few interceptions in that game and it was pretty the beginning ofthe end of Kurt Warner as a top notch QB.
I understand you point, and I respect your position. But, to me, this is nothing more than standard pre-game hype. And were I a Patriot, this last-minute attempt to yet again steal my glory would cause me to take off a few people’s heads tomorrow. This smear would take me right over the top — and God help the poor sorry schuck who got in my line of fire.
I wonder if Goodell will destroy any evidence of this, too.
How stupid of them. They're playing the Giants.
The best thing that could happen is for the Giants to beat them and destroy the “perfect” season.
Did oyu know that they already put togetther a book, “The Perfect Season”? That’s how cocky they are.
But they cheat. Then there is what a previous poster posted about Belichick. I have no personal knowledge of that. But Saint Brady got his actress/model girlfriend pregnant, then dumped her for anoter model. Delightful fellow.
Somebody hsa to do it: GO BIG BLUE!!!!!!
Sounds like Sour Grapes to me.
The evidence continues to mount. This is the biggest scandal in NFL history.
It’s pretty obvious now that the Giants don’t expect to do well tomorrow.
I opened up the sports page just now and ... you know as they say, the writing is on the wall, it seems this is a bit of the Patriot way; sorry all and really, that is the unique reason I have in not liking them.
Told of the newest allegation, NFL spokesman Greg Aiello told The Associated Press on Saturday:
"We were aware of the rumor months ago and looked into it. There was no evidence of it on the tapes or in the notes produced by the Patriots, and the Patriots told us it was not true."
Sounds like a real thorough investigation to me. The NFL asked the Patriots if they did anything wrong, the Patriots said no, and the NFL forgot about it. What's all the excitement about?
I don't care for either team playing tomorrow. But I detest cheating and I have the feeling this story is just getting started.
The story has been around for some time, but dropping this on the world two days before the Super Bowl will tarnish whatever happens today.
Already ESPN’s MIke and Mike have been obsessing over this for an hour.
Using a single source, who may or may not have videoed the Rams, who may or may not have been directed by the Patriots coaching staff, who may or may not be lying, who may or may not be a disgruntled ex-employee, and who now refuses to talk to anybody, is not the paragon of responsible journalism.
I sincerely hope that the Herald’s self-serving John Tomase and the POS who handed him this story get driven out of town.
If you would like to communicate with the rolly-poley Tomase, his phone number is easily available via Google.
The cover up, if so, is worse than the crime!
GO PATRIOTS!!!
BEAT THE G-MEN, IF YOU HAVE TO SPY TO WIN, BY ALL MEAN DO IT, WINNING IS EVERYTHING, THERE ARE NO HOLDS BARRED....
Really?...How do you know this?...I never liked the guy so just curious on this charge...
