OESY, the Poem you Posted Put a Lump in my Throat and Tears in my Eyes. Jaycee, your #876 is Precious, and 'Dita, your #888 is Beautiful.
Yes, yes, that counts!!
Sorry, When March arrives, I start thinking spring.
We might still get a little rain and some windy weather but the fruit trees and early spring flowers start blooming the end of February and first of March.
The almond trees are in full bloom now and we saw some apricot trees in bloom yesterday. My first ranuncula bloomed today.
I’ll try not to push too much spring until later in the month. I’m sooo tired of winter that will be rough. but I will try. : ^ )
That is exciting!!! Some trees are flowering, don't know what they are, and the sycamores are leafing out. It is plenty chilly though, and we can expect some stormy, windy days still...even into April:)
Sweet dreams, Kitty Mittens. See you next month...;^)
Ranunculus - the most beautiful, fragil, delicate flower of spring!
JustAmy starts a new thread ... “opens a new room”... at Amy’s Place for each month.
March is good. For one, it has St. Patrick’s Day. And, this year, it has Holy Week and Easter. What could be more wonderful?
Thanks Dita, thats nice to work it that way. I do remember that Easter is early this year! Hope you have had a good day. Are our babies still with us? Keeping Mama Marie busy, I suppose! See ya tomorrow perhaps. I can feel my house cooling down and the temps. must be dropping outside!
Hey, I will talk about spring anytime! I am so anxious for it to come! This cold weather is getting to me bad! We have had some very bitter weather....but we do have something to look forward to now. Goodnight, Amy, nice visiting your place!!
I cannot resist being post #909...*Grin*
Oh yes, the babies are in the nest, jostling for space.
It should get interesting as they get even bigger!!!
How truly beautiful they are! Thanks for posting them~~~
That is so cute....I hope I am not too dense....why 909? Please answer or I can’t sleep~~~~~~
I am impatient and am turning the puter off....guess I just won’t sleep tonight~~LOL~~~because of 909...(smiling)...
Aw, you’re very welcome, Jaycee! Maybe they can bring a little early spring to you!
That first ranuncula is not a good example but I do have a pink bloom. The daffodils shouldn’t be far behind.
I hate wind and I know we will get windy weather in March.
Beautiful!!! Let me see if I can find some from a couple of years ago. BRB
