Bah! He's a civilian (sorry Sis) so he seems to think he has priveleges or something. If he honestly looked around (at civilian and military brothers) he'd realize he is alone in refusing food.

Gentle ribbing hasn't helped however, so he really does apparently think he is "special" and somehow entitled to what he wants.

Even after we explained it isn't a restaurant but a 'chow hall' his complaints have endured.
