'Civ's dip: Take one 16 oz sour cream, stir it up nice and smooth, and blend in the contents of an envelope of chili mix, or if you can still find it, Lawry's Mexican Rice mix. Serve with Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips, or pretty much any other cheese-flavored chips, or really, any chip of almost any kind.
