Do you think Natalie counts as a “misunderstood bad girl”?
I just realized something fascinating.
For the past three seasons, not one straight white male has made it to the final four.
If Erik fails to make the final four, that’ll make it four seasons in a row.
Oh, I’m such a sucker for this question. The short answer is “no”. To me, a misunderstood bad girl is a woman who acts tough and “bad” but acts that way because of things in her past. She has a hard shell...which is very real... but is really a good person if you can ever get past the shell. Natalie acts demure but underneath is a cold, calculating, perhaps even heartless soul. I get the feeling that to know her is to not like her...totally different than a “misunderstood” bad girl. Just bad.
I would add that the editing can make her look like something she’s not, but while she may be a better person than what we are seeing now, I don’t see her as meeting the MBG profile.
What’s really cool about all of this is that I actually sound like I know what I’m talking about.
