Good question! If the producers follow true to form, then they know where Ozzy hid the HII and they should retrieve it and hide it back on Exile Island for someone else to find.
Then again, since it's only good through the final five, that leaves only four more tribal councils left for someone to find it and use it. The producers may just as well say whoever finds out where Ozzy hid the thing may claim it for themselves.
