Tempted to make fun of you. Walking around money is a common political term. It’s basically loose cash in the hands of a campaign manager who pays people to get out the vote on election day. Nothing illegal about that. You seem to be under the impression that because illegal things can be done with money in campaigns that makes all get out the vote spending illegal . . . which is silly . . . and what I’ve said in the last 3 or so posts.
