One thing I forgot to mention is that this screen below even took on the appearance of what "Safe Mode" looks like, during the install. I had never seen that before. I went back and re-did the install and it still looked like I was in "Safe Mode."

Man,...I am so out of date with Windows. I am of no help...is this with SP2?

Something is not right if it is taking minutes to boot....and if it drops into safe mode....
