I thought the content or substance of his speech was fine but the delivery was awful. He was over coached and in an effort to control his natural tendancy of speaking waaaay too fast he over compensated and came off as a real snoozer.

Obama's people are masters at modern stagecraft, albeit usually overblown, and in comparison Governor Jindal came across as amateurish. He will learn from this experience and will get much better.

I don't mean to sound like I'm promoting him for higher office but I do like him and his wife very much, personally. They are very genuine, kind and both are very smart. They're down to earth and absolutely devoted parents.
