Seriously, if you're in CO you must be with family and thats a good thing. Glad to hear your Christmas was a good one. Heres hoping that your New Year's Eve is fine and that 2009 is the best ever.
It was WAY too cold most of the time to do anything outside. Dawn really got into doing the holidays this year. She just bought her house, has her fiance with her and was excited for Mom to come out, so anyway, she went all out with the Christmas cooking, etc. And I didn't help much by contributing my usual 20 dozen or so cookies. Seems like we did nothing but eat! I did get somewhat of a workout a couple of nights though. I was introduced to Contra dancing. Went out on christmas night and then went to a Contra ball on New Year's Eve. That was great fun, and very high energy dancing.
I got home around 5:30 yesterday morning, then took off again yesterday evening and just now got home and already I have to be back at work tomorrow. I am so not ready for it. It was great being with the kids for Christmas and New Year's though. We had a great time. I finally got to wear my dress from LAST year.
