We've had weddings (two), illness (kids), a seperation, and a death in the family (Al's brother's son),...plus the late move to FL because of "Stuff".
We are getting settled now, and I've been busy making Christmas presents for the girls in the family. Handbags/Pocky-books. I don't have a good place to sew here, so it's a challenge. I'm using the dining room table and the laundry room, so it's a lot of traipsing back and forth and my body is hurting from leaning over stuff that is not the right height for sewing. It's hell to get old,...but only Cardy and me know this,...(I never know if it's "me or I, as I'm too old)...ahem.
I'll try to keep in touch more often and hopefully get som of my typing skills back.
I hate the news, and am disgusted with everything that is going on, and if it wasn't for my sunny personality, I would have gone into deep depression. Do I need a S/tag here? Nahhhhhhhhh, you all know me better than that. Ahem! Hope you're all well and in good humor, (like me) and you all had a nice Thanksgiving and are planning on having a great Christmas too.
I have to decorate the tree today. I hate our tree, it's small, but every year I thank goodness that it is, when I start taking it down. ;) Love, Gran
