Guess Ryan Perrilloux plans to sign with Jacksonville State in Alabama. He has two years of eligibility remaining, and can play this fall if he transfers to a Division I-AA school such as Jacksonville State. Rumor has it that he will be replacing their QB who had similar problems as Perrilloux.
