I'm thinking that the girls will prolly be more a little more interested in this one taken at the reception than the guys :)

Ringy and I are always appreciative of pretty table settings for any party. :)

I love how Jenna, the Bush family and friends kept the press at arms length about any and all plans for the wedding. Surely, they weren't surprised after all the mean and nasty articles they've written about her. Heck, the band that played for the reception didn't even know who they were playing for until two weeks before the wedding.

Nashville Musician Performs At Jenna Bush's Wedding
Cindy Carter

The band leader for Jenna Bush's wedding isn't a household name or a Grammy winner, but he is Nashville musician who's also a first family favorite. Tyrone Smith and his party band, Tyrone Smith Revue" are back in Music city after the Bush family wedding in Crawford, Texas.

Though Smith booked the gig months ago, he didn't find out who it was for until two weeks prior. He says the reception was elegant but not stuffy or formal.

Everyone was relaxed and ready to have a good time... especially the leader of the free world. "If he got down any harder than he did at this particular event... (I'm telling you) hey, he's good! He gave it his all."

This was actually the third time the Tyrone Smith Revue has been hired to perform for the first family. Apparently, Jenna Bush saw the band play at the University of Texas years ago and has been a fan ever since.

Smith's day job has been with Metro Public Schools as a coach and teacher for more than 40 years.
