I also noticed there were no candles on the tables. We all think we look better by candlelight, right, girls?

This was lunchtime dear -- we dress up the tables for the evening meals, which start here in Spain at 10pm.

You may have anything you heart desires - I will even have two link boys suitable attired to highlight your beauty in the soft warmth of their flames.

But remember ladies all - it is the Hostal de Los Reyes Catolicos. So bridle your more ardent desires until you are bedded in the four posters of the magnificent suites. I know the figures of Adam and Eve athwart the entrance will guide your fancy into the right direction.
