People our age make up for our failing eyesight with a deeper analysis of what is being actually being said.

I have noticed there is always a hard edge to the comments you make especially when interacting with the ladies. I often wondered if you feel confident with them or you just use boorishness to cover your inadequacy or fear of relating with them in a civilized manner. Perhaps you believe that is how real men are supposed to behave.

That belief is dangerous for a personality such as yours that soaks up authoritarianism - you would never break the rules, as you perceive them, it is against your nature.
