FOFLOL. That man doesn’t need to steal anything. Talk about wearing his power well. In a house full of highly successful, educated and productive people he was clearly the smartest person in the place.

FOFLOL. Question: Has Biden always been a liar or is that a side-effect of those hideous hair plugs and botox?

Good!!!! It has been one busy summer but our “boom” here has apparently gone “bust” in the last month or so. Our economy is taking a big hit also.

I don’t know if I’m ready or not... I’m a little anxious because as we’ve seen with past debates, no matter what happens, the press will spin it for Obama. If the John McCain who delivered that speech yesterday and chose Governor Palin as a running mate shows up then I’ll be happy.

Cool. Now if you really want to be depressed, hockey season starts soon, and your poor hubby will have to hide as your son's team continues to rock.......

I’m kind of resigned to McCain not doing well, especially with the gooey, liberal questions that will be planted. I will be disappointed if he doesn’t go after Obambi on the mortgage meltdown/financial mess though.

A few quotes from Governor Palin....
You know from now until Election Day hang on to your hats because you know it may get kind of rough here in terms of campaigns having to step up and kind of take the gloves off and start telling the truth about what a candidate stands for, "Now our opponent's campaign is claiming for the first time Obama was not aware of Ayers' radical background. Maybe he just thought... He didn't know he launched his own political career in the living room of a domestic terrorist? What's next? Claiming he didn't know that two of his biggest supporters were running Fannie Mae? Maybe he just thought they were guys in his Washington neighborhood."
"I'm reading on my Starbucks mocha cup, okay, the quote of the day. You'll never believe what the quote was. It was Madeleine Albright, former secretary of state and UN ambassador, and Madeleine has as her quote of the day for Starbucks -- now, she said it; I didn't -- she said, "There's a place in hell reserved for women who don't support other women."

You never know what is on McCain’s mind. I’m a little puzzled about the track McCain took in that speech yesterday. Maybe it was an attempt to psyche Obama out, throw him off his game and make him waste time prepping for issues that McCain doesn’t intend to bring up.
